John McCrae Memorial Statue

This iconic statue outside the Guelph Museum honours the local doctor who became immortal with his World War 1 poem “In Flanders Fields”. The RGC Fund donated $100,000 to its design, creation and placement on one of the city’s highest points. The statue attracts thousands of visitors to Guelph every year.
